Spadework is an independent training organisation, which undertakes tuition in a number of subject areas for Adults with Learning Disabilities.
We feel it is essential that all our Trainees, as we like to call them, are given the opportunity to achieve their full potential, however great or small that may be.
We provide training in Horticulture, Woodwork, Amenity Gardening, Catering, Retailing, Computing and Craft with plans to increase our range of activities in the future. All our staff are acknowledged experts in their field of tuition.
Spadework is based at Offham near West Malling. Trainees attend from a wide area within the middle of Kent.
Our principal objective is to help all those who are able to make a valued contribution to the world of work through accreditation and demonstrable progression.
