It is the policy of Spadework to ensure that all goods are supplied in perfect condition

If you are not completely satisfied with your unused purchase, please return it to us within 28 days along with your receipt for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete. When returning perishable items, they should still be within the use by date on date of receipt.

Damaged Items

You have the right to return a damaged item within 28 days along with proof of purchase.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you the wrong item, please tell us as soon as possible or within 3 days and return the incorrect item to us. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned.

Complaints Procedure

We strive to provide the highest level of customer service, however sometimes we will get things wrong. We welcome and take complaints very seriously as it helps us to learn and improve our service.
